It's also just a few hundred feet from Acadia National Park's main entrance, where you have access to the entire carriage road networK (walking and biking)! This gorgeous villa is located on Frenchman Bay, in a smallish cove. There is a nice walkable beach/shore, great for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming! Nestled in a lovely 1 acre lot, it features 6 bedrooms, a family/game room (with billiards, ping pong and arcade game), a screened-in porch and lovely outdoor patio with firepit! Just a 3 minute drive to downtown Bar Harbor (or walk it in 45 minutes!), Frenchman Bay Villa is the perfect home base for your family vacation!

There are 3 floors in this very attractive villa! The main level features the living room, dining area, kitchen and a half bathroom, lovely porch/deck and master king bedroom suite with private bathroom (shower only).

The upstairs/2nd level features one king bedroom with a private bath (shower only), two queen bedrooms and a bathroom with shower only. There are lovely views from the bedrooms!

The lower level, which opens out to the patio and views the cove and bay, has a bedroom with 4 twin beds (daybed with pop-up trundle bed, and bunk bed with two twins) and a king bedroom. There is a full bathroom (tub and shower), as well, on this level. The spacious, fun family room features a queen sleep sofa, TV, billards/ping pong table and an arcade game with 100+ games!

The large (mostly screened) porch on the main level features lovely water views, BBQ and comfortable seating! The yard is rustic and wooded. There is also a beautiful patio out side the lower level with fire pit!

Downtown Bar Harbor is about 3 minutes away. You can also catch the free Island Explorer bus (when operating) up at the main road (Eden Street/Route 3). The main entrance to Acadia National Park is just 500+ feet away. While visiting our area, enjoy hiking, biking, kayaing, golf, tennis, boating, nature walks, beaching, deep sea fishing, whale watching, museums, shopping and, of course, terrific dining choices (you can walk to the Chart Room in Hulls Cove). And don't forget: the best lobster comes from here!
