Salsbury Cove Farmhouse is a delightful house about 8 minutes from downtown Bar Harbor! It features a spacious, tree-shaded yard for kids and adults to stretch out, play some croquet and just enjoy the peaceful neighbord that's located off the "main drag". From the old fashioned front porch you have a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. It's just 5 minutes or so to the main entrance to Acadia National Park's Loop Road, and close to several dining establishments without having to drive to downtown! Hadley Point Beach is just 5 minutes away in the other direction!

The Farmhouse features, on the main level, a lovely kitchen, living room, dining room and full bathroom (tub/shower). There is gorgeous wood-burning fireplace in the dining room where there is sofa seating, as well.

The second floor features 4 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, and a bedroom with a double bed and twin bed. There is also a bathroom with shower. In total, the house sleeps a maximum of 9.

Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park offer visitors a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, boating, lake swimming, carriage road walks, horse back riding, deep sea fishing! Visit the Abbe Museum, enjoy a whale watch boat ride, take a Jackson Lab visitors tour, enjoy tea and popovers at the Jordan Pond House, golf at a PGA top-rated course, play tennis. Kids activities include water park, miniature golf, beaches, and lots of ice cream shops!

Salsbury Cove Farmhouse is located next to a small collection of "motel" rental cottages that share the driveway for this property. Note that the locked room at the rear of the house is accessed by guests of the rental cottages.
